-Day shift operator works full-time Monday- Friday and may require working on Saturday based on workloads.
-2nd shift operator works full-time Monday-Thursday and may require working on Friday based on workloads.

Consumers purchase goods manufactured on Urschel cutting equipment on a daily basis. Days -  Starting pay is $23.68/hour + Annual Performance Bonus (avg 11% of Gross Wages)
2^nd Shift - Starting pay is $23.68/hour + 5% Shift Differential + Annual Performance Bonus (avg 11% of Gross Wages)

A day in the life of a Milling Machine Operator mills and bores all types of castings, forgings, and stainless-steel parts, using jig borers, milling machines, and other machine tools to accomplish jobs. Uses various types of precision measuring instruments to verify work. Performs dip cleaning.
Requirements include; a high school diploma or equivalent, one to two years related work experience, ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in standardized situations, ability to solve math problems, and ability to read and interpret engineering prints and blueprints.
