Urschel, a 100% employee owned company, is seeking a Marketing Designer. Reporting to the Advertising Manager, the Marketing Designer will be responsible for creating and collaborating design projects and concepts across all forms of communication including digital and print in an engaging, eye-catching, clear manner in order to meet marketing objectives.
 
Job responsibilities include the following:
Producing and designing Urschel global branding and presence across all communication channels both print and digital in a responsive, timely manner.
Coordinating Urschel assets and collateral in a well-organized system within digital folders as well as printed pieces for expedient shipping as needed. 
Responsible for producing high-quality large format and printed pieces on in-house, on-demand print and production equipment.
Conceptualizing and proactively photographing Urschel machinery and cut food products in a consistent manner related to brand guidelines and taking other photos as assigned.

Requirements include;  a bachelor’s degree in design or related field. Minimum of two years of professional work experience in design. Highly motivated, self-directed, and possess excellent communications and organizational talents. Skilled in photography, design principles, and working knowledge of print production equipment.  Proficiency required in Adobe Creative Products (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word). Knowledge in HTML, CSS, WordPress, Social Media Channels, and Digital Marketing.
