Urschel, a 100% employee-owned company, has an opening for a CNC Milling Machine Operator for our day shift operations working in the Milling department working full-time Monday-Friday and may require working on Saturday based on workloads.

Consumers purchase goods manufactured on Urschel cutting equipment on a daily basis. Starting pay is $25.39/hour + Annual Performance Bonus (avg 11% of Gross Wages)

A day in the life of a CNC Milling Machine Operator machines parts from all types of castings, forgings and stainless-steel fabricated parts using CNC milling machines. Understands CNC programs and maintains/edits as necessary. Selects the proper tooling required for the metal to be machined, and occasionally operates other machine tools. This position also requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one to two years machining experience, strong math skills, blueprint reading, ability to use precision measuring equipment, solid organizational and troubleshooting talents.
