New Urschel International Office Opens in Italy

Urschel International Limited Italy officially opened for business December 1, 2011. Marco Cortese, who has over twenty years of experience supplying equipment to the food processing industry, oversees the new office. This is the tenth Urschel International branch to open in Europe, and strengthens the Urschel global network of sales and service.

"Italy has a strong food manufacturing industry, and we look forward to supporting food processors in the area with effective cutting solutions," stated Tim O'Brien, vice president, sales, Urschel Laboratories, Inc.

The office contains a test cutting facility with a full range of Urschel slicers and dicers, where customers are welcome to test cut products and learn more about Urschel equipment first-hand. Urschel International Italy is strategically located in Castagnole Delle Lanze of northwestern Italy by way of Milan, Turin, or Genoa.
