Urschel, a 100% employee-owned company, has an opening for a Talent Development Specialist. Reporting to the HR Manager, the Talent Development Specialist will design, coordinate, and oversee companywide employee development and training programs for our multi-disciplinary manufacturing operations.

Requirements include; a bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, organizational development, or similar field. Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience. Excellent organizational and communication talents, including proficiency in presentation and instruction to adults. Demonstrated ability to think critically and keep programs moving in harmony with established objectives. Strong motivation to tackle new challenges. Working on-site at the corporate headquarters in Chesterton, Indiana, U.S.A. This is not a remote work position.
