On August 31 Urschel celebrated opening the new Chesterton location with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony. The Urschel Ribbon Cutting Ceremony signifies more than just the opening of a new headquarters. It begins another chapter in the vast, longstanding history of the successful manufacturing business known all over the world as 'the global leader in food cutting technology'.

The Ribbon Cutting Ceremony coincided with the first international sales meeting at our new facility in Chesterton, Indiana. From August 31 through September 2 Urschel employees and representatives from all over the world met and collaborated together.
