In business since 1910, Urschel is a Northwest Indiana manufacturer and the global leader in food cutting technology.   We are seeking a No-Bake Abrasive Finisher for our day shift operations working in our Chesterton, Indiana production facility.  
 
Qualified applicants must be accomplished on grinders, sanders, and pneumatic hand tools. This position requires an individual to cut, grind, sand or polish castings using grinders, sanders and power hand tools. Additional requirements are a high school diploma or equivalent, strong math skills, ability to read blueprints and a minimum of one year in manufacturing or heavy manual labor.
 
Starting pay is $20.85/Hour.   Benefit highlights include employee stock ownership plan, exceptional health insurance, generous vacation time, paid holidays, and 401(k) with employer contribution.
 
A kiosk is located on-site at Urschel for applicants without access to a personal computer.
